OMG. i havn't posted for SOOOOOOO long
sorry to all the visitors to my blog
however, the only people who seem to have visited are Melody and Melissa
awwwww... my church friend hasn't visited yet
neither has Cheryl...
*sob*
on Tuesday we went to Kampong Glam
named after the GLAM tree
never heard of a tree with lipstick before...hahs
we visited a mosque
SO COOL (as in temperature. I'm a Christian, you see)
we visited a clothing shop thing...?
and we went to 7-11 for a snack
Melody bought a Brain Freeze
hahs, she's still alive...
Michelle modeled a sarong
hahs..... she looked nice, but she was ready to murder Yunzhi
LOL, scary!!!!!!!! *shiver*
we went to this graveyard too! :)
lots of graves
and a frog
and LOTS (i mean like, a TON?) of insects
MUAHAHAHAHA. guess who was scared???
no offence. hahs
after we were let off from school, Melissa and I retrieved our stuff and "fled"
me and the maid went to King Albert Park's Bengawan Solo
to collect Melody's chocolate cake *yummy*
Melissa took her guitar and ran to Blossomvale
pretended to look for her key on the ground
Lady let her in. TRICKERY!!!
then she asked someone's maid to let her in the 2nd gate
me and the maid trailed this college student through the 1st gate
Melissa let us in through the 2nd gate
took the lift and got into Melody's apartment
practiced the songs Melody liked on the guitar
Melody was showering for such a long time!
(in the end, she had a stomachache, we discovered)
she finally came out to change in the bedroom
her brother started kicking the door
and threatening to open the door
finally Melody finished changing
opened the door...
me: SURPRISE!
Melissa: Happy Birthday Melody!!!!
she closed the door and opened it again
then we did the songs
and served the cake
Melody's maid lit the candles
and served us the cake and coke
yays
we gave her her presents...
Melissa gave her a cute zip-it pencil case (purple, with her name)
I gave her her favourite embossed notebook from the bookshop
it was this brunette in a pink snowsuit with pretty embossed glazed snowflakes! :)
i liked that notebook too.
on Wednesday, Melissa had a fever because of her flu jab
didn't come to school
had Little India in the hall
got a free pearl white bangle with silver lines
haha
then learnt ketupat weaving
SO DIFFICULT!
after that, sari tying
then henna
Melody did random stuff for me
I did random stuff for her
garland making
Indian guy did it super fast
then lunch! in the Bamboo Courtyard
people from Komalas were cooking on the spot
queued up for thosai for AGES
while we were in the queue, I managed to fill 4 cups of drink
2 for me and 2 for Melody
finally got our thosai
ate potato masala with it
YUMMMMMY
then watched this super sick movie

Thursday:
went to the MINT toy museum
got lots of toys
and a whole complete collection of Matchbox toy cars

discovered Natasha likes Lamborghinis too
i'm obsessed with the Murcielago and Reventon
the Gallardo and Gallardo Superleggera too
WOWIE
then MGS old campus
turned into an art gallery
was raining
put my brochure on my head

got on the bus and went back after that.

in the end Melody returned it

so this is the last day of school!

i have found out a way to be happy
learn laughing from Melody

i should have gone to Mini Toons and bought shoelaces instead!

anyway, we were trying to scale the school building's wall
then we went to the slope near the eco-pond
melissa ran down the un-steep (?) side
then ran up the steep side!

and the insects were all buzzing around her
the insects like her!
my toe was bleeding during PE
too bad my sock wasn't dyed crimson

i'm all for gory stuffs
6-7.30 i had chinese tuition

then ate coffee pork ribs for dinner
with some veggie and 1/2 a hardboiled egg

today was really really fun
we played Jacob's ladder for PE
i raced against Melody
and for the trial run i beat her!!!!!

her group lost the first round
so they all had to write their full names with their BUMS
Melody and a couple of others finished early
i think Charlotte cheated
so Yunzhi and Khee Yen
were the only ones wiggling
Khee finished first
so Yunzhi was still there
the whole class backed away
then she turned around and waved at the CCTV camera
